Terms of service

Last updated September 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of PaperWeek, a weekly homeschool planning service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use PaperWeek.

Beta service

PaperWeek is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or occasionally break, and access is by invitation. We'll do our best to keep your data safe, but you should keep your own copies of anything important — printed sheets are a good start.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
  • You're responsible for the information you enter, including the names of the students you add. Only add students you are the parent or legal guardian of.

Your content

Everything you enter — curricula, book lists, sheets, student names — remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you. We don't claim ownership of it and we don't use it for anything else. See the privacy policy for details on how it's handled.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • use PaperWeek for anything unlawful;
  • attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
  • probe, scan, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service;
  • upload curriculum material you don't have the right to use.

Curriculum content

PaperWeek doesn't bundle or endorse any curriculum. Book details fetched from third-party catalogues may be incomplete or inaccurate; check them before relying on them.

Termination

You can stop using PaperWeek at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@paperweek.app. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, or wind down the beta with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PaperWeek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PaperWeek develops. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
